1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "pk388", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of the pk388 platform at pk388.app.
• "Player", "You", "User" refers to any individual who registers for or uses the pk388 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the pk388 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets and all associated services available at pk388.app.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by You on the pk388 Platform.
• "Funds" refers to real-money deposits held in your pk388 Account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by pk388 subject to wagering requirements distinct from deposited Funds.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pk388 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, You unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk388 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each incorporated herein by reference. If You do not agree to any part of these terms, You must immediately cease using the pk388 Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and pk388 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, arrangements or understandings.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the pk388 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, which are non-negotiable:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform. pk388 operates a strict 18+ policy. Use of the Platform by persons under the age of 18 is a material breach of these Terms and is strictly prohibited.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. pk388 makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in any particular location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, officer or close associate of pk388 or any of its affiliated gaming studio providers.

pk388 reserves the right to require age verification documentation (CNIC or equivalent) at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended, all Funds returned, and any winnings forfeited.

4. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the pk388 Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid mobile number or email address, and date of birth. You accept sole responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

pk388 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. You agree to submit the following documents when requested:

• A clear photograph or scan of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back).
• A selfie holding the CNIC, if requested by the pk388 verification team.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or Easypaisa account) where the name does not match the CNIC on file.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. pk388 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk388 login credentials. pk388 will never request your password via chat, SMS or email. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by You. You must notify pk388 immediately at [email protected] if You suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

pk388 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. pk388 does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency or payment methods not listed on the Platform.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 (JazzCash/Easypaisa) or Rs 1,000 (bank transfer).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by pk388.
• Withdrawal processing times: 1–4 hours (JazzCash/Easypaisa); 2–6 hours (bank transfer). Times are indicative and may vary during peak periods or during PSL season.
• pk388 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.
• pk388 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.

Deposits are for gaming purposes only. pk388 Account Funds may not be used to hold or transfer money unrelated to genuine gaming activity. pk388 reserves the right to reverse deposits and close accounts where it suspects the Platform is being used for non-gaming financial purposes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by pk388 are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. General conditions applicable to all pk388 bonuses include:

• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated at the time of bonus offer.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion per Player unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
• pk388 reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after a Player has partially met wagering requirements, pk388 will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
• Abuse of bonus offers – including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated wagering with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or any other exploitative behaviour – will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk388 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. pk388 does not accept requests to cancel, amend or reverse confirmed bets except in the case of a manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing or game outcome, pk388 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. A "manifest error" is one that is obvious and unambiguous to a reasonable person.
• pk388 reserves the right to limit, suspend or refuse betting activity from any Player at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement.
• Cricket betting on pk388 covers PSL, PCB international series and ICC tournaments. Live in-play betting markets close at the discretion of pk388's trading team and may close earlier than scheduled.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk388 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using software, bots, algorithms or any automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the Platform.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk388 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software and user interface designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of pk388 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit or exploit any content from the pk388 Platform without express prior written consent from pk388.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk388 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or service interruptions.

pk388 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions that do not permit exclusion of implied warranties, pk388's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

pk388's aggregate liability to any Player for claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

pk388 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps settable from Account Settings.
• Session time reminders: Configurable alerts notifying you of session duration.
• Time-out periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or extended exclusion from the Platform, available on request via [email protected].

12. Termination & Suspension

pk388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• These Terms & Conditions have been breached.
• Fraudulent, illegal or suspicious activity is detected.
• A Player is found to be under the age of 18.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, net of any Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements. pk388 may withhold payment pending completion of any ongoing investigation.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk388 is incorporated and licensed. In the event of any dispute arising from use of the pk388 Platform, You agree to first contact pk388 support at [email protected] and allow 30 days for resolution through internal dispute handling before pursuing any other remedy.

Where internal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority or alternative dispute resolution body as applicable. pk388 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for disputes arising from use of the Platform, and Pakistani law does not govern these Terms.

14. Amendments

pk388 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to registered Players. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
